Not from what they described sounded like a complete disaster, but more of something that had very few positives to say about it than negatives. ![]() I originally put off playing this game for a while because of my other due responsibilities (ie: game making / laziness), but after reading some of the feedback from some of the other locals on the site around here, like emmych and Schwer-von-Begriff to name a few, I didn’t seriously know what to think after reading what they had to say. That’s a pretty big honor in itself! Of course, like many other curious onlookers who were suckered in because of that oh-so-pretty-smile and that purdy lookin’ title page (that looks gorgeous, BTW), I decided to check this one out and see if might be worth it to follow this game right until its completion…or whatever the hell happens to it in the end, I dunno. Pocket Mirror, in its current form, is a small tech demo made in RPG Maker VX Ace of what is about to come that was brought to my attention after seeing it grace the cover of RMN’s front page for one of its developmental spotlights. DEMO VERSION!!! (As of March 5th, 2014) Does having little cute animu girls on the cover of your title screen / game page help you sell your game, even if there are a ton of shortcomings in it?
